Primary Purpose

Primary Purpose
The core function of a Naturalist is to be able to give a holistic Guiding experience to our Guests combining Community and Conservation and rounding it off with a world class hospitality experience.
Skills & Experience
  • Diploma or bachelors in Environmental or wildlife education.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in related work field.
  • First Aid box trained
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are an added advantage.
  • A sound geographical knowledge of Chitwan – Flora and Fauna and National park
  • Should know safety and security procedures
Expectations
  • Arrival and Departure of the Guests and coordinate Guests timings
  • Wake up calls for the guests
  • Maintain jungle register
  • Plan jungle activities for the Guests in coordination with the Resident manager & Head Naturalist

To provide support to the sales & reservation team with the motive to drive the company forward by achieving sales targets.
Skills & Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Nepali.
  • MS Office suite proficiency essential; other systems an advantage
  • Strong administrative background
Expectations
  • Provide administrative and customer support for assigned sales managers.
  • Organizational skill is a critical element in this role as there is a large requirement to manage the administrative function for the sales team
    - Organizing sales calls for the sales team responsible for specific markets
