Vacancy Announcement

Job Title: Resident Manager
Resident Manager will oversee daily activities in property including all departmental functions, cost and their efficiency.
  • Oversee the entire operations and departments of the resort. Be the point of contact for the resort.
  • Resolving on-site issues at the resort (relating to guests, safety, employees or the property) among many other duties.
  • Oversee quality, maintenance and appearance of the property.
  • Manage the resort team staff. This also includes training, handling grievances and duty roster.
  • Setting a good example of service excellence and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Actively promote resort among local business entities.
  • Understands company values and fosters teamwork to achieve company goals.
  • Respond to emergencies and crisis handling
  • Deal with potential security problems and safety hazards.
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/ Travel & Tourism
  2. Must have sound knowledge of hotel operations and relevant experience in similar position (+2 years’ experience)
  3. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Good problem solving and analytical skills
  5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Package (excel, word, power point and outlook)
  6. Passion for customer service.
  7. Must be willing to relocate to Chitwan.
